You'll want to make a couple of slices about a third of the length of the tape to help in lay flat.

Cut the tape at the point of the plywood
Cut the tape at the point of the plywood "tail feather support" so that it will lay flat on the plywood.

You don't cut the tape off, just wrap it around the plywood as shown in the next picture.

Re-insert the battery pack into it's cavity and if you don't have a really snug fit then shim it with some wood like a stir stick.

Put the bidi tape on the other side of the fuselage the same way.

With a little overlap of tape on the side you can wrap the tape around for a stronger effect.

Notice that the corner of the tape has be trimmed off to make it easier to wrap the tape around the end of the fuselage.

Overlap the tape onto the bottom of the fuselage.

Again trim the tape at the firewall and engine mount area.

Slice and wrap the tape around the wing saddle.
